These terms govern your use of Lorie AI, an app by Buweno (PT Buweno Digital Studio). By using the app you agree to them.
You may use Lorie for your own personal, non-commercial calorie and nutrition tracking. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways we have not intended.
Lorie estimates calories and macros to help you stay aware of what you eat. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Estimates can be wrong. For decisions that affect your health, talk to a qualified professional.
You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly at support@lorieai.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Lorie is free to download and offers a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you manage or cancel them in your app store settings. Refunds are handled under your app store's policies.
Lorie, its design, and its content are owned by Buweno. The data you create in the app is yours. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
Lorie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buweno is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Lorie after a change means you accept the updated terms.
